«I haven’t slept for 20 years».
Whenever I say that, people think I’m joking. But I’m not. I don’t sleep. Like at all.
Some nights I can remember every toss, every turn.

There are three types of sleep disorder. Those who struggle falling asleep, those who struggle staying asleep and those who wake up way too early and are unable to fall back to sleep.
I struggle with all three.

I started struggeling with insomnia in November 2000. So this month actually marks the 21st anniversary of me not sleeping.

The only thing that helps my mind and body relax is drone music. This album was an attempt to create lullabies to make myself relax before going to bed.

Sadly it did not work for me, but maybe it will be of help to you?
